VT HMIS Type of Residence, Current Living, and Exit Destinations

The Type of Residence, Current Living Situation and Exit Destinations are used to identify where a client slept the night before enrollment into your project (Type of Residence); where they are sleeping throughout the time they have been enrolled in your project (Current Living Situation); and where a client will stay just after exiting your project (Exit Destinations). All these collection points are used for the purposes of tracking and outcome measurement.
