[STFF-104] Staff Client Data Activity Report

Report Purpose and Summary

This report provides program management with a record of Staff/User client record activity in Clarity Human Services. This report is limited to users based on their Access Role. Anyone can run the report, but the returned information will be limited based on the access rights of the user. It must be run one agency at a time.


Make sure you are operating in Clarity under the agency you are running the report for. You can check and change this under your name in the top right corner.

Step 1: Click on the  Launchpad and select the Reports icon.

Step 2: In the Report Library, click the down arrow next to the  Agency Management folder to expand the section. 

Step 3: Click the  Run button next to [STFF-104] Staff Client Data Activity Report.

Reporting Parameters

Step 4: Enter the following parameters:

Staff(s) Choose the staff member (multiple users can be selected by holding down either control/command/shift button)
Data Type(s) Choose which data types to include (multiple data types can be selected by holding down either control/command/shift button)
Deleted Option Choose which deleted option to include
Report Date Range Specify the report start and end date. The staff activity pulled into this report will have happened during the reporting period
Report Output Format Select Web Page, PDF or Zip with XLSX.Note: If the report contains more than 40,000 rows, the Report Output Format will automatically be changed to Zip with XLSX

Step 5: Click  submit

The file will be sent to the  Report Queue. Once the report is processed, you will receive a notification that the report is ready. 

To Open the report, either select Open on the popup or click the Queue icon and then click Open.

Reporting Details

  •        Sorted by Staff/User, selected in the parameters, including Staff/Users without activity
  •        Data Type (the staffs type of activity in Clarity)
  •        Profile Created
  •        Profile Edited
  •        Program Enrollment
  •        Program Status Update
  •        Program Current Living Situation
  •        Program Annual Update
  •        Program Exit
  •        Program Follow-up
  •        Client Note
  •        Client File
  •        Client Location
  •        Referral
  •        Assessment
  •        Service Provided/Updated
  •        Client ROI
  •        Client Contact Created
  •        Client Contact Edited
  •        Client Name
  •        Unique Identifier
  •        Date/Time the activity occurred in Clarity, sorted by most recent to oldest

The report includes the history of staff deleting records such as profiles, enrollments, services, etc.
