[RFRL-104] Referral Statistics - Outbound

Report Purpose and Summary

This report provides aggregate counts of referrals, broken out by different statuses. In contrast to the Inbound report, this version reports on referrals that were created by the agency running the report. All users can run the report. There are restrictions for which information can be accessed based on the rights of the user.

Instructions

Make sure you are operating in Clarity under the agency you are running the report for. You can check and change this under your name in the top right corner.

Step 1: Click on the  Launchpad and select the Reports icon.

Step 2:Once on the  Reports main page, click the down arrow next to Community and Referrals to expand the section. 

Step 3: Click the  Run button next to [RFRL-104] Referral Statistics Outbound.

Reporting Parameters

Step 4: Enter the following parameters:

Report Date Range Choose Start Date and End Date of reporting period
Report Output Format Choose Web Page, PDF, or Excel

Step 5: Click  submit

The file will be sent to the  Report Queue. Once the report is processed, you will receive a notification that the report is ready.

To open the report, either select  Open on the popup or click the Queue icon and then click Open.

Reporting Details

The information in this report is pulled from service placements. The report provides the following information:

  • Direct Referrals
  • Community Queue Referrals
  • Total Referrals
  • Breakdown of Referred to Programs (Pending, Pending in Progress, Accepted, Denied, Expired)

Drilldown functionality is available for this report. There are two types of drilldowns:

1.      Click on any count to see:

        Referral Date

        Unique ID

        Client Name

        Referred to Program Name

        Type

        Days Pending

2.      Click on Referring Agency column to see:

        Referring Agency Name

        Referring User

        Referred to Agency: Program Name

        Unique ID

        Client Name

        Status

Unique ID fields contain links to Client Profile Screen.
