[RFRL-102] Referral Outcome Statistics

Report Purpose and Summary

The Referral Outcome Statistics report returns a detailed breakdown of referral outcomes by agency and program during the reporting period. The report returns two tables, Referred Agencies and Referred Programs. Each line as categorized as P pending; P/I pending/in progress; A accepted; D denied. Drilldown functionality is available by selecting any count within the data tables. Drilldown functionality is available within all outcome, exit destination and income tables.

All users can run the report, there are restrictions for which information can be accessed based on the rights of the user. There is an administrator version of the report.

Instructions

Make sure you are operating in Clarity under the agency you are running the report for. You can check and change this under your name in the top right corner.

Step 1: Click on the Launchpad, then click on the Reports icon.

Step 2: Once on the Reports main page, click the down arrow to expand the Community and Referrals section.

Step 3: Click the Run button to the right of [RFRL-102] Referral Outcome Statistics.

Reporting Parameters

Step 4: Enter the following parameters

Report Date Range	Specify the report start and end date
Report Output Format	The User can choose to format the report output as a Web Page, PDF, or Excel format

Step 5: Click submit

The file will be sent to the Report Queue. Once the report is processed, you will receive a notification that the report is ready.

To open the report, either select Open on the popup or click the Queue icon and then click Open.

Reporting Details

Includes referrals, that have not been deleted, AND
Created under the current agency AND
(For a program of the current agency OR
Referred to a program of another agency) AND
(Created within the report date range OR
Have any of the following activities: Pending, Pending - In Process, Accepted or Denied - during the reporting period OR
Created/changed status to Pending, Pending - In Process before the report start and did not change during the reporting period)

Report Will Include:

All referrals - Direct Referrals and Community Queue

Definitions

[days pending] - is calculated as the difference between [last date] and [first date]

[first date] is:

For Direct Referrals - [referral date], the date the referral was created

For Referral from Community Queue - [reassigned date], the date the referral was reassigned to the program from the Community Queue

[last date] is:

For statuses "Pending" and "Pending - In Process" - [report end date]

For status "Accepted - [end date], the date referral changed status to "Accepted"

For statuses "Denied" - [end date], the date referral changed status to "Denied"

Referred Programs broken out by program type title, program name, agency name, and referral outcomes (destinations and income)
