[DQXX-102] Program Data Review
Report Purpose and Summary
This report provides agencies with an overview of client data for a specified program. It provides a list of client enrollments, their time in the program, and highlights data quality problems for the selected program. This report can only be run for one program at a time. The report will give you the drill down into client program enrollment errors by client, and can be used for data clean-up.
Instructions
Make sure you are operating in Clarity under the agency you are running the report for. You can check and change this under your name in the top right corner.
Step 1: Click on the Launchpad, then click on the Reports icon.
Step 2: In the Report Library, click the down arrow next to the “Data Quality Reports” folder to expand the section.
Step 3: Click the Run button to the right of [DQXX-102] Program Data Review
Reporting Parameters
Step 4: Enter the following parameters
Program | Choose the program for your report (can only select one program at a time) |
Status | Select the Status of program participants to include in the report between:

Report Output Format | The User can choose to format the report output as a *Web Page, PDF, or Excel |
*Drilldown Functionality is available when run in Web Page Format
Note: If the report contains more than 10,000 rows, the Report Output Format will be automatically changed to Excel
Step 5: Click submit
The file will be sent to the Report Queue. Once the report is processed, you will receive a notification that the report is ready.
To open the report, either select Open on the popup or click the Queue icon and then click Open.
Reporting Details
This report provides an outlook of clients enrolled within the selected program. It provides data for the following fields of information:
- Client name
- Unique Identifier
- The client's Entry and Exit Dates for the program
- Number of days the client was active in the program
- Missing Entry Data from the program enrollment
- Missing Exit Data from the program exit
Data is considered “missing” when a mandatory field is reported as "Don't Know", "Refused", "Data Not Collected," or is NULL. Data that appears in red indicates an error.
Drilldown Functionality
The Missing Data columns drilldown with details of required fields from Enroll / Exit screens respectively. Fields with missing answers are labeled as “need corrections“. Clicking the Unique Identifier, "valid" or "need corrections" will display client’s Enroll / Exit screen respectively.
