Report Purpose and Summary
The report provides a listing of active alerts created by an Agency for clients that have an active service during the Reporting Period. All users may run the report. There are restrictions for which information can be accessed based on the rights of the user. Copy/Paste the unique ID for a listed client into the search function to access the full alert on the client profile. Only the title of the Public Alert will be visible in the actual report.
An Admin version of the report can be run across agencies by System Administrators and others with the appropriate access roles.
Instructions
Make sure you are operating in Clarity under the agency you are running the report for. You can check and change this under your name in the top right corner.
Step 1: Click on the Launchpad, then click on the Reports icon.
Step 2: In the Report Library, click the down arrow next to the Service Based Reports to expand the section.
Step 3: Click the Run button next to [GNRL-403] Public Alert Notice.
Reporting Parameters
Step 4: Enter the following parameters
Report Date Range | Choose the date range of provided services to include |
Report Output Format | Choose Web Page, PDF, or Excel |
Step 5: Click submit
The file will be sent to the Report Queue. Once the report is processed, you will receive a notification that the report is ready.
To open the report, either select Open on the popup or click the Queue icon and then click Open.
Reporting Details
To be included in the report, the client should have:
- Service provided by an Agency during the Report Date Range 
- Active Public Alert in the client's file with an expiration date on or after the current date 
The report is sorted by Client Name and Public Alert Title.
